1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing lockerlibrary.digital or enrolling in Lockerlibrary courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled participants in Japan and internationally where services are offered online.
2. Services Description
Lockerlibrary provides IT training courses focused on mobile app development, including short courses, intensives, workshop series, and guided projects. Course descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed outside this website.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate contact information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued for cohort platforms. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend access for violations of cohort conduct guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, and rubrics are licensed for personal learning and portfolio use unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of original code you author. Starter repositories and shared kits remain under their stated open licenses. You may not redistribute course videos or mentor feedback packets without written permission.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must complete setup requirements before cohort start, respect cohort communication norms, and submit work for review within published deadlines. Harassment, sharing of others' private code without consent, or misuse of lab equipment may result in removal without refund beyond statutory rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Japanese law, Lockerlibrary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation, including lost income, device failure, or third-party service outages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Kyoto, Japan, unless mandatory consumer protections in your locality require otherwise.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may update these terms with notice on this page. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email. We may cancel cohorts with full refund of tuition paid if minimum enrollment is not met. You may withdraw according to our Refund & Cancellation policy.
